The word “WOW” isn’t enough to rate the excellent work, the constant guidance and support you have showed us throughout the process. We are grateful to you and the team for your efforts to make our application a successful one. You made us feel at ease and gave us a positive answer every time we spoke to you and your team, regarding the status of our application. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.
We would also like to thank Loganathan and Carolyn for helping us patiently and answering our questions to the best of their knowledge. We thank Mary, Anita and Rita, for answering our calls and guiding us and Lynette for checking our documents without any hesitation and with lots of patience.

We, Patricia and Dennis Highly Appreciate and thank “ M/s. VISIADE” for successfully obtaining our immigration to Australia.
VISAIDE indeed is a very professional and experienced firm, headed by Mr. Douglas J. Ritchie who has up to-date immigration knowledge in guiding his clients, to avoid costly errors and Visa denials.

Dear Mr. Ritchie,
Thank you very much for having processed our applications for Immigration to Australia.
After the way you and your team so professionally completed my son Makario’s (and his wife Rosalica’s) process for immigration we had no doubt about the capability of your team’s professionalism. We then entrusted you with the process of my mother’s application along with our application and we are very happy that both our applications for immigration were successful. With all the faith we have in your work we have now come to you for the process of our daughter’s application for immigration.
The very fact that we have processed our whole family’s immigration through Visaide shows the immense faith and trust we have in you.
A special mention must be made of your staff in this connection. Ms. Carolyn who is so meticulous in her work and follow up that we had no strain or worries on our application process. Dear Douglas,
It’s been a great achievement by you and your staff for getting the Spouse Visa. It’s just not enough by thanking you and your team within a line r by calling u on the phone. I would like to share my thoughts as well as this letter might be useful to someone who is interested in applying a Spouse Visa.
It has always been a roller coaster ride in many cases, but in my case there were no setbacks and it’s only been climbing up the hill. Since we launched the application on 30.01.06 our work has been an ethical one, as I was a bit nervous initially because we don’t want to live in different places. As we had our traditional wedding on 25.01.06 we had a hectic schedule with wedding on one side and the spouse visa on the other. When we came to Chennai on 24.12.05 we had no idea of whom to contact and who is the better immigration agent. At this time we went thru the lot of websites and we found that yours was a good one and also we had a confidence within ourselves. We read through your appreciation letters and we thought ~ this the best way to do it and we landed in “VISAIDE” to start the process. After going thru the procedures like application forms, telephone bills, electricity bills etc. we knew that we had to live apart for a month r two. But it was a one of those experience that no human should come across as it was a tough going’ day by day. Within 11 days of applying I received my File Number and the Medical Examination and was so excited. Then we thought of applying for a Tourist Visa, while the migration application was under process, so that I could live with my wife for 3 months together. Everything was going according to plan though we both shared tough times during those months we were apart. It really was painful on both sides but we said to ourselves, there might be ups and downs and we have to come across those hurdles and succeed but there were no setbacks. This shows that the work done by you was amazing and each and every day, the confidence level was high with great efficiency.
We knew only few names working with you, people like Bruce, Carolyn and all the other staff were just unbelievable, because whenever I came to give some documents ~ the way they worked and the body language told me that we had come to the right place. The moment I got my Tourist Visa I was on ‘cloud nine’ and dancing in the aisle as I felt that I had my Spouse Visa then. Since then, it’s just party time and every week we had a good outing as if it’s the ‘End of the World’. Our friends over in Melbourne were surprised to see the way we were partying as we had an unforgettable time during those 3 Months.
It was a pity that I had to return back to Chennai as my visit Visa expired on June 6th 06. Again it was those days that we had to go through and each day was like spending time in a War Zone. This time we couldn’t bear ourselves being apart, because once you enjoy life with your most loved one and you live apart all of a sudden, its one of the worst times that you experience. It’s been over a month again with two hearts looking for an answer as we couldn’t live separately any longer. At this time we had an answer from the Australian Embassy that we’ll know the results by early July 06. Since we read the mail it just enhanced our confidence more and we knew that we were getting the Spouse Visa and had it. It all happened with the God’s blessings and the last thing to say is that it was all the hard work put in by VISAIDE.
I would like to thank you once again for your great efficiency and certainly would recommend anyone that we know, who is looking to settle in Australia.
