There were hardly any moments where you and your team have to think for an answer or to checkup and tell an answer for any of our queries. On many occasions I had to take your advice on the issues / problems faced by us and we came to rely upon your expertise and your guidance on these occasions.

The help you have done for us is far more. Getting an SIR visa has been a turning point in our life and we will never forget the VISAIDE team for timely help, advice and guidance. Dear Dougie, Neil, Caroline, Logu, Mary and the Visaide Team,

Greetings,

First let me apologize for the belated “THANK YOU” for all that was done in order to send us (as a family) to Melbourne. It was a real experience to be a part of the Visaide family.

I say this because all of you at Visaide never let us feel that it was a business relationship. All of you were there to answer our queries though sometimes silly. Our constant calls especially from me must have been testing the patience of the entire team. But still you all had a smile on your faces to welcome us no matter what.

It was an experience never to be forgotten. The manner in which you had done the paper-work right from the start, checking and crosschecking every detail, making sure every thing was in order. Being one step ahead of what could be called for. Always there, to advise and council when the tension of waiting was there and at every stage in the event of delay. Advising us on how to go about the process at every stage. A joke or two to let one relax was welcome when the going was tough.

From the time we had come into contact with all of you we felt secure to the extent that we knew in the back of our minds that every thing would go well. The warmth extended made us feel a part of the Visaide family. Dougie, Neil & Caroline words of gratitude are too few to express as to how we feel, for the first time I am short of words. All we can say is “THANK YOU”. We will certainly recommend (not that you need any recommendation) all family and friends to be a part of the Visaide Family. For all those who read this long and exhaustive letter let me tell you “YOUR CASE OR FILE IS IN THE BEST HANDS - SIT BACK AND RELAX - THEY WILL ACHIVE YOUR GOAL FOR YOU”

Dear Mr. Ritchie,

Thank you very much for all the assistance that you and your esteemed organization have rendered while processing my application for Permanent Residence (PR) for Australia.

I would like to list a few points which I found very professional and helpful for me in attaining my PR.

• Preliminary validation performed at Visaide, of my application, which assured that I fulfill all the criteria, so that my application doesn't get rejected at a later stage.

•  Timely intimation of response received from Australian counterpart.

•  Follow up made to keep me posted of the deadlines and help me meet them by due assistance

• Preparation of documents for ACS, when I had no idea what had to be produced. It was the efforts of your team, which helped me prepare a clean document that got cleared at one go. Though there was a lot of rework involved, but all this rework (though it was bit tedious) finally got my application to ACS cleared without any chance of rejection. I felt 100% confident after all this rework that my application won't be rejected.

•  Last but not the least, Visaide has kept all the promises made.

Once again thanks for all help and assistance provided to obtain my PR for Australia.
