Dear Mr. Ritchie & the VISAIDE team,

Words are not enough to thank VISAIDE team for the excellent service. With your help the process has been smooth and we were surprised at how quick the response from the DIMIA came back. We couldn’t still believe that this was done within a period of 4 months.

I first met Mr. Ritchie 8 years ago but due to various other reasons was not able to file my papers soon after discussing the process with him. But VISAIDE enabled my brother-in- law (Flt. Lt. Ramiah Saravanan) to immigrate to Australia 2 years ago. This revived my interest in the immigration process and Mr. Ritchie advised us that we still have a good chance to immigrate under the “Skilled Sponsored category”. Me and my wife had never ever hoped to see this day a year ago but simply decided to take the plunge after having spoken to you which not only built our confidence but strengthened our conviction in you.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank individually all the members of the VISAIDE team, Ms. Mary, Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Lynette, Ms. Rita, Mr. Loganathan, Mr. Alfred Rozario and Mr. Neil Jansen.
