Dear Douglas
Ritchie, Alfred D’Rozario and the Visaide Family, I take this opportunity to place on record my profound gratitude
and indebtedness to all of you for your sincere services rendered to
me by forwarding my application to Australian Consulate General,
Mumbai for Migration to Australia, after duly processing the
application, observing all the necessary formalities as required by
the ACG - Mumbai.
The salient features which have enamoured me are your brevity and
reflecting the as-is-where-is aspects of the matter without
exaggerating or suppressing the facts, involved in obtaining the
visa for migration to Australia. Like you, your staff is also very
co-operative and prompt in receiving and forwarding documents and
correspondence between me and the ACG - Mumbai.
In fact I am grateful to my friend Mr. Syed Ghouse Bijapur who
recommended your Consultancy M/s. Visaide Inc., to me, as the
application of his elder brother Mr. Syed Yusuf Bijapur for
Migration to Australia was submitted through you and now settled in
Australia.
The text of the Agreements entered into by the applicant and your
consultancy service is legally fair and binding on either side.
After fully satisfying with your help and services in obtaining
this visa for me for Migration to Australia, without an iota of
doubt I will recommend to my friends and relatives who wish to
migrate, to utilise your services as visa consultants, without any
anxiety and apprehension until the assigned Job is done by you and
your team.
With an ardent desire to continue our cordial relations I beseech
Almighty to shower his blessings on you and your staff.
With regards, Yours sincerely,
GAURIBIDANUR MOHAMED KHALEEL IRFAN (Bangalore)

3rd March 2003
Dear Mr.Ritchie,
The Visa that I had applied for on the 6th of November 2002 was
given on the 21st of February 2003. How!!? Magic?
While saying thank you I recall my association with you in
connection with the Visa application of my daughter, Jemimah, and I
am amazed at the speed with which it was processed. Thank you.
Jemimah came to you on the 10th of October 2002 for getting the
VISA to go to Australia. At that time her engagement with Joshua a
citizen of Australia, a prelude to marriage had taken place. On the
6th of November you had filed the application to the Australian High
Commission, New Delhi. On the 8th of November they had acknowledged
the application for a Spouse Visa. Simultaneously you had filed the
application for a temporary visitors Visa for three months to enable
her to fly to Australia along with her Husband. On the 16th of
November she had got married and on the 20th you had filed the
details of the marriage with the certificate issued by the church
and photographs in proof of the marriage. On the 26th of November we
received through you a letter from the Australian High commission
directing us to get the Medicals done and to get a police clearance
certificate from the Passport office.
The Visitors Visa had not come and she and her husband were
scheduled to fly on the 28th of November 2002. What tense days those
two days were!!! How you burned the wires in order to get the
temporary visa. And get it; you did in the nick of Time. It came in
at 15.30 hours and she had to fly out at 21.30 hours.
Thanks
to you a very happy couple flew out of the country to Australia
after a brief stopover at Hong Kong and China for a brief honeymoon
on the Great Wall of China. She completed her medicals in Australia
and sent it to the Australian High Commission in India through you
in December. Had she been able to stay back and do the medicals here
or come back earlier and got her Police Clearance Certificate the
VISA would have been even quicker, I guess. But she could fly back
from Australia only on the 10th of February 2003, get her PCC and
file the same. She had her tickets booked for the 13th of March to
fly back to Australia. We kept our fingers crossed not really
believing what Alfred had said that we could expect the Visa within
ten days. On the 21st of February 2003 the Temporary Spouse Visa
that we had applied for was received. Alfred was right. It came long
before the time stipulated by Alfred. And Jemimah is now all set to
fly off to Australia on the 13th of March to join her husband. It
had taken just 107 days to get the VISA (6.11.2002 to 21.2.03) [Nov
- 24;Dec - 31;Jan - 31; & Feb - 21]. Had Jemimah not gone off to
Australia on the 28th; but had done the medicals here on the 26th as
soon as she got the intimation from The Australian High Commission,
her Police Clearance Certificate could have been got in a day and
the Visa would have been received by the end of December 2002 at the
latest, that is within 55 days. PERHAPS!!!? Thanks to all of you
for the tremendous work that you did and will always do.
Your Professionalism. You were
so thoroughly professional in the way you went about the whole
matter Whom do I single out for special mention? VISAIDE as a
whole is a great team. How you all do pull together and how
effective you are at your work. It is something that I will not
forget, nor my family. It has certainly been a wonderful experience
getting things done by you.
Your Equanimity. I came to you
in the first week of October. It was on the 10th of October that I
remitted your fee and then sat back and waited. Not really waited
…we kept bugging you time and time again. But you maintained an
equanimity that was admirable. As though our bugging was not enough,
Jem's fiancé at Australia also bugged you and you handled him very
well standing firmly by the method that you had adopted with a
confidence that you had in your proven, time tested method of
getting the visa. I sure am glad that I latched on to you.
Your cost. The ones who told us
about you had said that your costs were high. They did not know how
high. When you quoted your price I too thought that it was high, not
knowing the work it involved. Let me place it on record that it was
well worth the amount that I had paid. For the services, that you
provided, it was just about adequate. It certainly was not high.
Your people. A truly great
team! You make beautiful music together.
Mary - the first person I met in
your office. Cool as a cucumber. Takes down your details with a
politeness I admired. When I came alone she would be holding the
door open for me, knowing my disability. She would also drag out a
higher chair from the inner office, because she had noticed that I
found it difficult to sit on the low sofa. She had a word for
everybody even the tiny tots who accompanied their parents to the
office.
Alfred - the thorough, Clear,
forthright and calm. Looking at him you get reassured that things
will work. He works to several deadlines on the dozen clocks on his
computer monitor. He does not miss anything. When he wanted
photographs of the wedding, I thought that a couple would do, but he
included well nigh the entire album. He literally hit them with the
magnitude of the wedding, knowing of the Australian obsession with
"ongoing relationships". Even while sending the Medicals and the PCC
he asked us to include photos of the couple in Australia. The
retelling of "My Story" by Jemimah and its sequel, which Alfred
wanted us to include, I am sure, enhanced the chances of getting the
VISA.
Douglas - the man who put the team
together. He has a clock in his room that goes anti-clockwise. Time
never seems to catch up with him. No doubt he beats deadlines with
ease. My! How he burned the wires on the 27th to Delhi/Bombay/Delhi
to get the clearance for the visitors VISA - no fluster, no bluster,
sheer professionalism, with a detachment anyone would envy.
Ms. Remiss - of me not to have got
her name, I mean the lady in Alfred's cabin. She is there and she is
not there. Was she a wraith, a will-o-the-wisp, an apparition?
Certainly she is not, she has substance in good proportion, but how
does she manage to fade away till she is asked for something and pat
comes a reply. It is only the brief comments that she rarely offers
now and then that remind us of her presence.
Loganathan - the scribe…. and what
a scribe. Perhaps one of the reasons why applications made through
VISAIDE succeed is because of the clear, crisp hand that fills out
the application forms. Even for the Police Clearance Certificate, I
got Loganathan to fill out the forms and the Passport office gave it
to me within three hours. He knows his stuff, the rules and the
idiosyncrasies of the authorities who ask the questions, et al.
The Others - I did not interact with the rest of you there, but I
know what a well-oiled machinery you have. A document that has to go
that day is out that day. It is because all of you chipped in doing
your part well.
Thanks to all of you.
Your Office. The fleur-de-lis
design on your sofa bespoke of royalty. And that is what we got-a
royal treatment. The 'there and not there' soft music that came
wafting from above was very soothing. Could you think of keeping it
instrumental and not vocal? It is too soft for vocal and I caught
myself straining to catch the words. The water-cascade, with the
small plant next to it. are lovely. Is it actually the sound of the
water alone or canned water sounds like canned laughter. The
"Letters of appreciation" in your waiting room are real moral
boosters. So also the cards on the Board. The cleanliness is
unbelievable. Being disabled I tend to hold on to doors to climb
up/down. The grill doors, which are ajar is very handy. The first
time I held it and found it smooth and clean, free from every grain
of dust, I gave you a big v .
So, on the whole you have in me a very satisfied client. Thank
you very much for all that you did. Your services were good,
extremely good. Continue to provide your services to all prospective
immigrants. Populate Australia with Indians.
Thank you once
again. I'll definitely come to you again for your valuable
services. definitely come to you again for your valuable
services.
Yours truly,
L.Joshua Thangaraj
PS: The space between the sofas and the center table is very
restrictive for movement. Can you think of having a narrower table?
Persons coming in find it difficult to reach Mary's desk if people
are sitting on the sofas.

Dear Mr. Ritchie, Alfred & The Visaide Team
I know for certain that I have taken time in replying, thanking,
and acknowledging you all for this great team effort. God has always
been good to us, and HE did us justice by bringing your services to
our notice, and making us use you, as our Agent, in making this last
endeavour.
Previously, I had made two futile attempts way back in 1985 and
in 1987. Well, I convinced myself that there was no use in trying a
third time, as we were doing well in Cochin, and were blessed with
two lovely boys in 1986 and 1987.
It was in 2000 that Tony Morris and family were cleared for
Sydney, and my curiosity drove me into enquiring about how they went
about this whole exercise? They blurted out "VISAIDE", and as the
name truly indicates, it was our turning point. I was posted at
Bangalore in 2000, and had to leave my family back in Cochin. Time
was truly on my side, and I left no stone unturned in feeding you on
my case. Your team took up my case, and after deftly dealing with
it, gave me a clean chit in November 2000.
Armed with this, I submitted my application through your office
in April 2001, and even though there was a wait of more than a year,
the end result was truly good, and I fully appreciate your team for
the follow-up work done. I have already quoted your name to many a
person, and will continue to do so. Your services are unmatched, and
your success rate is above par.
Before I sign off, let me take this opportunity to thank you all
on behalf of my family for making our dream come true. We are
leaving Cochin on the 11th of April by MI - 467 to Singapore, and on
SQ to Melbourne. Once again a big thank you to the wonderful team,
and for the great effort. I will stay in touch, and keep you
informed about my progress. Of course, I will drive your team mad,
when I need to know something, and that's "ME".
Thanks and Regards,
Valery George Fernandez |

Dear Mr. Ritchie, Alfred & The Visaide Team
As we stand at the threshold of our new life, we take this
opportunity to thank the Almighty God for having leaded us to
VISAIDE when we were at cris-cross road in our life. We remember
the day when we walked into VISAIDE with anxiety and doubts. Today
as we look back and see, we are grateful for the way VISAIDE had
taken personal attention to process our application. We especially
remember your professional suggestions in making a way when all the
doors leading to Australia seemed to be closed.
Even though we are advised to fix up prior appointment with you
for consultation we had approached you so many times without
appointment but we were not disappointed as you could spare some
time within your busy schedule to meet us and talk to us, which act
we may not find elsewhere.
Even in your absence, we could get necessary information from Ms.
Carolyn and Ms. Mary who are very polite and courteous, whom we
cannot forget for their smile and hospitality.
We, along with our family express our hearty gratitude for your
constant encouragements and prompt services. Finally we would like
to add that VISAIDE is just not a consulting agency but
A friend Philosopher and Guide.
We look forward to your continual guidance in future and we would
never fail to recommend your services to our friends in need.
Closing with love and prayers,
Adonis Jacob Paul, Sudha Paul & K.S. Narayanan

Dear Mr.
Ritchie, Alfred & The Visaide Team It gives me a great pleasure,to be able to appreciate the
services rendered to me by VISAIDE Inc., CHENNAI. The Motto of their
services " SINCERETY AND HARD WORK'.
It's true that my case only required a miracle to see me
through, that was evident when I was recommended to Mr. D.Ritchie and

The Professional ease with which the office had executed the
migration proceedings is unique. I had lost all hope, but when
Mr.Doughie Ritchie had spoken to me about my immigration felt that,
here was a Professional at his best. There were a few initial hiccups
though, but VISAIDE had seen them through.
This fact is evident that, Myself and my family have recieved our

Dear Douglas,
I write in appreciation for the services
that your organization has rendered, towards the processing of my
application for immigration to Australia.
I would like to thank Alfred and the rest of your team who have
worked towards this in a very professional manner. I am sure you are
now pretty aware of the behavior of your clients, i.e. their anxiety
to know as much into the future. It is only in this respect that I
feel you could be a little more of a soothsayer, if you would allow
me to say so.
Everything from the very beginning has been handled with a very
customer friendly attitude, although it took longer than usual,
because of reasons beyond your control. Your professional charges so
far have been very competative too. Although I am aware of many
immigration consultants, so far I would recommend VISAIDE to anyone
who wishes to engage in professional services.
I wish everyone at Visaide, all the best, and keep up the SUCCESS
RATE!
With Warm Regards Llewellyn

Dear Mr. Ritchie,
We dont know how to thank you for all that you have done for us
and in such a professional manner. What appeals to us the most is
the friendly, cordial atmosphere that exists at the VISAIDE office.
Christine and I are very certain that we would not have tasted
success if it was not for the able assistance of your office in many
critical issues .
We also take this opportunity to thank Mr. Alfred Rosario for his
guidance.
Special thanks to Mr. Loganathan, who was very patient and kind
to us, whenever we interacted with him. Having been in the customer
service industry for over 13 years, I can tell you that Ms. Mary is
one of the finest front desk executives I have ever seen and we take
this opportunity to convey our heartfelt thanks to her. Also we
would like to thank Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Lynette and Ms. Rita for their
efforts in making our dream a reality.
With regards to recommending VISAIDE to others, you will be
surprised If I told you that we have been doing so even before we
lodged our application. Any applicant who appreciates quality
service will not wait till they get their OK to recommend you to
others and this being our strong belief, we have acted
accordingly.
Although you have got us our permanent visa to migrate to
Australia, we still feel we should be associated with VISAIDE in
some way or the other, and that I suppose explains how much we love
and cherish the association.
Our two daughters Joan and Juanita send their regards to all at
VISAIDE. Thank you very much and God Bless.
Christine, Royston Devaraj (Bangalore)

Dear Mr. Ritchie, Alfred & The Visaide Team
We wish to thank you and your team for the commendable job done
in assisting us through the whole process of obtaining our visas for
Australia. We had applied in Jan 2001 and due to the attack on U.S.
the processing was considerably delayed but you were always there to
give us an update on the present situation and most of all the
patience & tolerance shown during times of anxiety especially
during the last 2 months.
As the saying goes "No Pain, No Gain". We have gone through the

Dear Doughlas, Alfred and all our friends at "VISAIDE",
It is not duty but a keen sense of gratitude that compels us
to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you for the timely
assistance, concern and positive steps taken to make our desire to
immigrate to Australia come true.
From the very beginning when Stanley and I walked into your
office in July 2001, we were sure we were in the right hands. Your
attitude and professionalism are some of your many qualities which
we admire. We were amazed at the efficiency and courtesy of your
staff especially Mary, Logo, Caroline and Lynette. A very big thank
you to all of them for being ever so willing to talk to us so
politiely whenever we needed a clarification. May god bless all
their endeavours.
Douglas and Alfred, without your able guidance assitance and
motivation, this move of ours to Australia would not have remained a
remote dream. The courtesy and concern both of you extended to us
was something that we will always cherish You were there to clarify
our doubts in such a polite manner, that we always felt at home
talking to you. Thank you and may God bless you abundantly.
It is indeed our pleasure to inform you that the satisfaction we
have received is praiseworthy of you. Our trust in you has not gone
in vami. You have seen us through to the very end.
We plan to leave Chennai on the 27th of June 2003 We will stay in
touch with you and hope to continue this beautiful relationship
which we have developed We have already recommended our relatives
and friends to you and we are happy to let you know that they are as
pleased as us with the service you are rendering to them.
May God bless all of you and your families abundantly and may
"VISAIDE" scale to even greater heights is our ardent prayer.
Thank you and Regards, Stanley / Marguerita / Ajay and Aarthi

Dear Douglas,
I have received the passport along with
attachments from DHL today, and everything is in order.
I would like to thank Visaide for their prompt service, follow-up
& professional advice in helping me get my Visa endorsed at ACG
Mumbai without any problems. Even though there was a delay with my
papers at ACG Mumbai, Visaide (Ritchie from Australia, Alfred and
the other Staff) all acted very promptly in giving me the necessary
advice and help, to go through some of the formalities all over
again.
I came to know through some friends in Dubai that Visaide was
reliable and that is why I decided to process my papers through
you'll although I was working in Dubai.
Taking this factor into consideration, I think Visaide has done a
great job, in helping me to get my Visa.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Daryl Lippert (Dubai)
