|
 |
18th February 2002
Dear Dougie,
Thanks immensely for making it possible for me to be in Australia
today. When I thought everything around me, my very future looked
bleak after my return from Dubai, it was then I was stirred on by a
well wisher who suggested to me your good name. Surely all credit to
your hard work, influence and intellect has made my dream come true
and my thanks to your staff as well.
God bless you and your family.
With love and best wishes.
Yours ever grateful ROHAN RAO

26th March 2002
Dear Douglas Ritchie, Alfred D’Rozario,
Goodnews indeed it was, and it came as a total surprise as we
anticipated it to take a much longer time. We thank God at this
juncture both for the Residence Permit to settle in that beautitul
country and also for the people he has used in that endeavour. I
vividly recall surfing the net one late night two years back and one
of the first site that caught my attention was yours. What
encouraged me most was the wonderful appreciation letters I read
that night. And today it's my turn to testify what all those people
had already echoed.
Alfred, you are one person I want to thank the most. Whenever we
had doubts or apprehensions you took time to calm our nerves and
encouraged us not to lose hope. We always felt good after talking to
you and listening to your calm reassuring voice. Looking forward to
meeting you in person and getting to know you better. And above all
our sincere thanks to Mr. Douglas Ritchie who has put together this
fine organization through which the dreams and aspirations of
thousands like me for a better life have been fulfilled. I did come
across people who claimed to have known Mr. Douglas and they spoke
very highly about his integrity and professionalism. Last but not
the least would to thank the staff of VISAIDE, from the watchman who
once answered our call one holiday to the Telephone operator and
Secretary who were so helpful in the absence of Alfred and Ritchie.
In fact words cant express fully how thankful we are. Yes we want to
thank you from the bottom of our heart for everything. Though living
overseas, never once did we doubt nor have a reason for concern with
regard to the safety of our Original Certificates. We knew we were
dealing with a professional organization and would gladly recommend
you to any one who is looking for the best.
In conclusion, I ask God to bless you and your organization.
Thank you once again.
Mohan and Miriam (U.A.E.) |

Dear Ritchie & Alfred,
Thank you for the efficient handling of my immigration
application (NZ) leading to an approval within five months of
lodgement. I found all the staff in Visaide helpful at all times.
The location of the office and the professional service would no
doubt be helpful to any prospective migrant. I experienced that the
senior staff of Visaide do not make any false promises and their
predictions normally are accurate. I also thank Loganathan and Mary
for their help and impressed by their efficiency.
Wish the Visaide family the best of everything now and in the
years to come.
Regards
Capt Ajay (Chennai) |

Dear Mr. Ritchie,
I have been with pen and pad for over five minutes now and yet
lost for words, since our thoughts of appreciation have no end.
Gratitude to everyone at 'VISAIDE' do not sufficiently express the
great joy and ecstasy in our "hearts".
We, the Crakes, are overwhelmed at VISAIDE'S true expertise and
professionalism which in fact has made our one DREAM of emigrating
to New Zealand actually COME TRUE. Till we received the good news
personally from you, it was only wishful thinking and suspense.
Apart from all this, what we felt really amazing and fascinating
is the lightning speed at which our applications were processed and
the final clearance obtained for the issue of our visas. And its
finally "COME".
We once again take this opportunity to thank each and every
member of 'VISAIDE' who has contributed towards the successful
processing of our applications for migrating to New Zealand.
With warm regards, best wishes and fond remembrances,
H.J.CRAKE ANN CRAKE, CHRIS CRAKE AND ANDREA

3rd August 2002
Dear Mr. Ritchie,
First my sincere thanks to Visaide family for making my dream of
migrating to New Zealand , a reality. Visaide is a "Silent
Performer". They don't make big sounds, rather perform.
Mr.Ritchie, whom I f irst met, gave me the 'First Hope'.
My experience was in two different fields and I was doubtful
whether I will be getting the required points for PR approval. Mr
Alfred guided me properly and assured me that I will be through. I
really believed it, only when I got it right.
My heartful gratitude goes to Mr.Loganathan. He is 'Mr.
Patience'.
They made it in 7 months time.
And my thanks to one & all in Visaide.
Suggestion: If Visaide can extend its service, even after
landing at New Zealand, like airport pickup, accommodation &
employment assistance, it will really be great and migrants can be
benefited from its knowledge about NZ. (But I don't know how far it
is really needed or feasible.)
Thanks & Regards S.Kathiravan &
S.Sridevi

Dear Mr. Ritchie, Alfred & The Visaide Team
THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN!!!! I feel extremely
happy to write this letter of appreciation . When I am writing to
you, my momories go down to your office at Chennai, when I used to
go through your appreciation letters file on the table. I used to
always think will I ever make it? Today I am writing to add one more
feather to the sucessful story of migiration. Kevin and Myself wish
to express our appreciation to each one of you at Visaide for our
sucessful migration to New Zealand.
We both have settled with good jobs by the grace of our lord. I
am employed with The Anglican Diocese of Auckland and Kevin at Sky
City. We have began to settle down and so is the weather. When we
came to Auckland in June it was Winter and the temperatures went
down to 3 degree.
How are things at your end? We get to know that the NZ Embassy is
closed till December 2002 and the points have gone up to 29.
We would like to once again thank you all for your personalised
service extended to us and making our dream come true. Hope you are
successful in sending many more Indians like us to NZ because it is
a wonderful place to settle.
With warm regards, Kevin & Anita |

8th October 2002
Dear Douglas,
I know this is a bit late in coming,
nonetheless, I'd like to place on record my sincere thanks to you
and your team at Visaide for helping me and my family look forward
to a new and prosperous life in New Zealand
As you know, we were anxiously waiting to get our application for
immigration to New Zealand to be approved by the concerned
authorities. Somewhere, there was also a fear lurking behind, since
we have been dealing with each other only through the email or
telephonically, and have never met face to face. But the way you
went about handling my case, I knew I was in good hands.
When Lynette phoned me and gave me the good news, I was thrilled.
Thank you all so much. You and your team have been exceptionally
professional, patient and accommodative - all throughout the entire
process. Your quick responses have always impressed me. I would also
like to mention here that whenever I have called you or sent an
email to you, expressing my fears about the communal tension that we
were facing here, and therefore had felt the urgency to get away,
you have been very understanding and discreet.
I have therefore taken the liberty and recommended your agency to
a few friends and relatives this side, who will be approaching you,
and I am sure you will respond with a similar attentive regard that
you have always done so, in my case.
Needless to say, my husband - Sylvester Vaz, also joins me in
saying a Big Thank you, in- a small way for all that you have done
for us. May God bless you all. I would also like to add - our
association does not end here I do look forward to being in touch
with you...... for any other assistance that I may require, and I am
certain I will be given the same response - with professional
accuracy, speed and respectability.
Thank you once again.
With warm regards and best wishes,
Mrs. Mafaldina Vaz (Ahmedabad)

Dear Mr. Ritchie,
I wish to put down in writing, how thankful Stafford and I am, to
you, for getting me my visa so fast. It's perfectly good to say that
I think my case was done the fastest as I have watched others wait
for a pretty long time to meet their loved ones in AU but whereas
for me it took hardly four months.
Stafford and I thought it might take time due to all the problems
we had earlier in the year with the Immigration Dep. closing for
sometime due to political reasons. But inspite of that, you proved
positive results.
Thanks also for all the guidance you have given us on various
other issues. We could assure you that we would positively make this
know verbally to family and friends as I personally think you did a
very good job and if we come across anyone needing help, be it on
their own or to join their partner, we would certainly ask them to
contact you.
Stafford joins me in thanking you and your whole team once again
for making this work like it has.
With Best Regards, Stafford & Cathy.
