Mr. Douglas and to the members of Visaide for the timely help,
concern shown and positive steps taken to make our Immigration
possible.
December 27th 1999, the day we received our Visa is a memorable
day for us but this achievement in a broad sense is attributed to
you and to your team. Going down memory lane what struck us most,
when we met you for the first time, was the assurance you instilled
in us, the positive outlook you had, the depth of efficiency and the
striking dedication to the job at hand.
It is indeed our pleasure to inform you that the satisfaction we
have received is praiseworthy of you. Our trust in you has not been
in vain. You have seen us through to the very end. What we admired
and appreciated most was the interest you took and the authentic
information you gave every time we had a query. All doubts were
cleared, reassurance and confidence re-instilled throughout the
processing period.

Words cannot express the immense pleasure we have in obtaining
our permanent visa to Australia on 1st April 2000 and the credit
goes to Mr. Ritchie and his wonderful team members.
Our application was a very difficult case, we were at the
doorstep of failure under the concessional family visa, when the
independent visa came creeping through the window. Therefore we are

We wish to place on record our appreciation for the efficient and
professional services that you provided in processing our
immigration application to Australia. We were always amazed at the
efficiency and courteousness of all your staff. Right from the
telephone operator or the Receptionist at your office all the staff
seem very helpful and supportive. The whole process of getting an

Dear Alfred & Douglas,
This is Murali Kumar S. writing from Melbourne.
I apologize for the long silence. Vandana and I have moved to
Melbourne and are now settling down. We reached Melbourne on the
30th of August. There is great news for both of us in the job market
here. I already have 3 offers and several more potential ones in
Senior Management positions. My earlier experience in ANZ Bank and
the US experience are very highly valued. In fact I went through
several telephonic interviews even before I landed here and that’s
why I have offers within a couple of days of reaching here.
Our plan is to settle down in Melbourne. That’s the city we love.
Like I conveyed earlier, we had absolutely no problem in getting
our visas stamped in the ACG in Los Angeles. Also our travel from
L.A. to Melbourne and immigration/customs clearance at Melbourne
were extremely smooth.
I want to thank VISAIDE for serving our needs so well. You are
thorough professionals in your work and yet you always showed a
friendly, personal touch. Even though Vandana and I were away from
India (in Japan and the US) for most of the time during our
application, we always felt comfortable that our application was in
safe and reliable hands. We had no doubt at any time that our
application will be successful and smooth. I remember that at one
time I was considering backing out of the entire process and you had
convinced me to continue and complete the process. Thanks to your
sound counsel, we are starting a new life that’s more exciting and
better than out past. I will certainly recommend VISAIDE highly to
any of my friends who are considering the move to Australia/New
Zealand.

After being dejected on several occasions in search of proper
assistance, I was given the contact of a person who could
successfully guide and help us to immigrate to Australia. It is like
a dream come true!!!
Douglas, you have seen us through at a very
crucial time in our lives, where going to Australia was of utmost
importance to us as a family unit. What amazes me is that, for a
person we have never met, we could count on you as a good guide and
a person we could trust explicitly. Dedicated People like you are
very hard to find. A person, who made the successful completion of a
