Appreciation Letters - Year 1997

January 1997
Sydney, Australia

Dear Ritchie,

At the outset, we thank you for all the assistance provided by you personally during my parents’ departure to Sydney.

My parents arrived safe here and we spent a great New Years Eve with all our family members after 20 longs years. My Father & Mother convey their regards & thanks to you. My brother Babu and his family are also fine here and well settled. He conveyed his regards and thanks also from his side. The weather is great out here for a lovely family re-union.

Your sincere and earnest work in completing the last minute formalities of visa and ticketing even at the Christmas Eve at a very short notice are to be highly commended and appreciated. We would always remember the services provided by you during the whole of their migration processes.

Wishing you and all your VISAIDE staff a Happy New Year 1997.

Yours friendly
(Kumar Mahadevan)

Dear Douglas,

Thank you for your letter dated June 11th, 1997. This is the best news I have received in a long time. I am absolutely thrilled that my immigration Visa for Australia has been granted. The wait has been long but the news of success ever gratifying. It is after a long time that Veronica (my wife) and I will be together again.

I would like to thank you and your team at VISAIDE for the effort and help extended to us in preparing my application for Immigration to Australia. Your service to us has been of the highest order. Your organisation has always been prompt, courteous and very professional in dealing with an impatient and demand client like me, over the past few months. I would also be grateful if you could communicate my heartfelt thanks and regards to John Young (your colleague and Partner) in Melbourne for the effort and guidance given in preparing and filing my application. Though I shall be doing the same personally in the near future.

I shall be happy to recommend you and your organization to people seeking to use similar services. I am sure that the same high level of professionalism, quality and promptness in service, will be extended to them.

With kind regards,
(GLEN A. TAVARES)

My dear Douglas,

We were overjoyed to hear from you that we have been accepted by the Australian High Commission for migrating to Australia.

My wife Althea and I owe this achievement to your unstinting efforts and continued support all the way. In fact, even when things seemed bleak, you, with your cheerful smile and encouragement helped tide-over our depressing moments and anxieties.

Douglas, we both sincerely thank you and your band of workers for all the help and co-operation in helping us to make it possible to join my brothers and other family in Australia.

I am sure with your good wishes, things will continue to go well for us even after we reach Perth. Do say a prayer for us.

Once again, I thank you and wish you and the staff of VISAIDE all the very best ! When you visit Australia, you can count on us and you have a friend.

Yours sincerely,

(DARRELL & ALTHEA MAGEE)
